Rosedale/Ridge Road merged before the start of 2009 football season to produce a football powerhouse! Ten teams registered to compete in the Capital Beltway League, with three teams (Anklebiters A, coach Eric Holland - Juniors, coach Ben Bullock - Intermediates, coach Steve Fitchett) winning their division.
